The Dele Shittu Foundation on Thursday donated food items to 6000 indigents, including People Living With Disabilities (PLWD) in Ilorin, Kwara.

The foundation’s managing director, Mr Toheeb Ibrahim, explained that the distribution was part of the foundation’s activities, which included reaching out to support vulnerable communities ahead of the annual Ramadan fasting.
According to him, this reinforces the mission to support underprivileged groups, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
Ibrahim reassured beneficiaries of the organization’s commitment to sustaining and expanding its outreach programmes in the coming years.
He, therefore, expressed gratitude to the beneficiaries for their turnout, emphasizing the organization’s dedication to providing relief and empowerment to those in need.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Hajia Lateefat Aromadu, the Coordinator of the Ilorin West Local Government, Joint Association of People Living with Disabilities, expressed appreciation for the support.
She acknowledged the foundation’s efforts in improving their well-being and fostering inclusivity in society.
