Substitute Strikes Late to Secure Vital NNL Victory for ABS

The Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Football Club of Ilorin on Saturday secured a hard-fought 1-0 win over Sporting Lagos FC in a Nigeria National League (NNL) Matchday 15 encounter in Ilorin, Kwara.

“I am proud of the players’ zeal and determination as we work. Hard for this victory.

“The win has moved us up the table and we look forward to building on this momentum,” he said.

Goal scorer, Boluwatife Ajina, expressed happiness with his goal and pledged to sustain his scoring momentum for the team’s benefit.

“I pray to continue scoring to assist the team in achieving its aims this season.

“The win is a great boost for us, and we are looking forward to the next game,” he said. (NAN)
