They include Mining Engineering, Cybersecurity, Criminology and Security Studies, Human Anatomy, among others.

Jimoh urged the fresh students to take advantage of the various cutting edge innovative learning opportunities offered by the institution to boost their academic careers.

“Your admission into KWASU offers you privileged opportunities to tap from abundant human and physical capital of the University.

”This ceremony marks a new chapter not only in the lives of our newly admitted students, but also in KWASU’s commitment to provide cutting-edge education and expanding the frontiers of knowledge,” he said.

The Vice Chancellor maintained that the university had a long-standing tradition of producing leaders, thinkers, and change-makers who impacted the society positively.

According to him, students have the opportunity to write their success story and leave an indelible mark on the sand of history.

Jimoh reiterated the institution’s commitment to providing students with the best educational experience, one that challenges them to think critically, act responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to the society.

The vice chancellor, however, reminded the students of the university’s zero tolerance to all forms of indiscipline such as examination malpractices, cultism, cybercrime, drug abuse, indecent dressing, among others.

“The University will swiftly apply prescribed sanctions on any student who engages in any of these acts,” he warned.
